 Make money for pleasant life but not always we can make some delicious foods also for pleasant and happy life!!!

   Today i will tell how to make delicious indian style duck curry(kerala style kuttanad)

                                        Ingredients 

                                               Duck meat     -           1 kg

 
                                             Chili powder    -             2 Teaspoon
                                           
                                        Turmeric powder  -            1/4 Teaspoon

                                        Coriander powder -              1 Teaspoon

                                          Garlic paste         -              1 Teaspoon

                                             Pepper              -              5 gm

                                             Onion               -               Sliced half cup

                                        Coconut milk        -              1 cup

                                             Green chilli      -               7 nos 

                                               Meat masala   -               2 table spoon

                                               Ginger sliced  -               5 gm

                                               PREPARATION

 Fry onion pieces , Green chilli , ginger pieces in a fry pan with some cooking oil.When the substance become fry add duck meat mixed with masala add some coconut milk and a cup of water.Boil it 1/2 hour.When the meat become soft add chilli powder,Termeric powder.Mix well. Add appropriate salt. Allow to boil. When the gravy become paste add another full cup of coconut milk mixed with coriander powder.cover the pan with lid. When allow to boil again with 10 minutes. Then open the lid add some curry leaf stir well. Alight the pan from the stove. Serve it with chappathi, puri, rice and bread etc. Its should be a very delicious food.
